PATERSON, NJ - Eight firefighters were injured when two Paterson fire engines collided at the intersection of Straight Street and Broadway,
One of the engines crashed into the Golden Mango Supermarket building and the other into a tree.
At least one firefighter is reported to be in serious condition.
The two fire engines were responding to a 3-alarm fire in a commercial building at 141 Main Street.
