WEST ORANGE, NJ - A Firefighter was injured Battling a house fire at 19 Weber Road, he was transported to Saint Barabus Hospital by EMS.
The Family pet was pulled from the house by firefighters who performed CPR on the dog, he was then transported to an area animal hospital.
The blaze caused heavy damage to the one-family home.
Fire companies from several area towns assisted in extinguishing the fire.
No civilian injuries were reported.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
